Jesus met some fishermen. They were catching different fish in the Sea of Galilee. Some fish were big and some little - some colorful and some grey. Jesus called the fishermen to become fishers of men.
He wanted them to preach the good news to different people - and people are different like the fish were different: big, little, different colors etc.
And the disciples went into all the world with the gospel. Still Jesus is calling us to bring the message about his death on the cross and his resurrection to different people in all the world.
